Many times over the course of my career, I have put myself last - after my family and my work. I have gained and lost weight, been in and out of shape, and like many female executives driven myself into the ground more times than I care to admit.
The key to staying healthy as a busy executive is finding food, products and exercises that you can easily fit into your life. I have compiled some of my favorite products, and hope they help you find easy ways to stay healthy.
I have tried SO many protein powders! Some make me not feel well, so I went on a search for a high protein powder that was clean and plant based - this one is the winner. Vanilla is my go to, but I also have peanut butter to add flavor to peanut butter based recipes.

I am always looking for easy ways to get more protein into my diet. I put this in my coffee every day - 18 grams of protein, collagen for great skin, hair and nails. It dissolves in your coffee and you don't even know it's there. Tip - do make sure you mix it well to avoid clumps and make sure it dissolves.

There are many of these on the market, but I'm partial to the Oura ring. Love the insights it gives not just on movement, but also sleep - which has been a huge key to improving my health. Also helpful to know when you need to recover, track your menstrual cycle, and it is so accurate it knew that I had Covid-19 before I did.

While I love the protein powders, sometimes you need a quick protein hit on the go. Like the powders, many of the bars were full of additives that made me feel unwell and heavy. These are light, vegan, high in both protein and fiber, and don't melt in your purse.

I have these with me at all times - easy to put in a bottle of water if you're needing an energy boost. I have one every morning in my water to get me through to lunch without snacking. Try a variety pack to see what flavors you like, then get them in bulk to save some money and always have them on hand. I keep a quart sized bag stocked in my carry-on as well for traveling.

When I have trouble getting to sleep, I make a cup of hot water with Calm mixed in about an hour before I'm heading to bed. They have many flavors, but I like the raspberry lemon flavor - they make travel packets too, so you can keep them in your carry-on for your business trips.
